Peanut
Peanut showed up as a stray on our doorstep in the dead
of winter, a sickly and hungry kitten, joined by her sister,
the late Fifi, and her mother Plum. She made a rapid recovery
and today lives a full and healthy life primarily pursuing
her interests in sleeping, napping, and lying around. She
enjoys sleeping on Shari's head and clawing at her hair all
night. Peanut participated in a Relationship Workshop with
Squarcialupi.

Plum
Plum has done graduate level studies in Feline Respiratory
Disease, with a special research focus on sneezing, for which
she was the recipient of an NIH grant. Her onsite lab is
our kitchen floor where she stores her specimens. In her
spare time she likes to open the bottom drawer beneath the
sink, remove all the old sponges and brillo pads, and then
lock herself in the cookware closet. She also enjoys banging
loudly on the locked cat door at night after we've gone to
sleep.
