“When breaking through what has appeared as a deep barrier in one’s life feels like a natural, almost easy process, it is clearly the real thing. Eliezer’s guidance through the process felt respectful, perceptive and wildly creative.
This workshop is a rare gem, brimming with spirit and life.”

Friday night’s session introduces the fundamental 5Rhythms™ movement practice, a dancing path of healing that calls the spirit into physical form.

Saturday incorporates the voice. There is both a childlike innocence and warrior’s power when we find the true song of our authentic heart’s expression.

Come whether you already love to sing or if the idea terrifies you! The work is gentle, safe, and FUN! Previous experience in dance or singing is not required. Bring only your creative spirit, the willingness to dare, and an open heart.

This weekend workshop combines the work of Soul Dances & Heart Songs with spontaneous writing practices. The freedom to move the body in dance and release the heart in song naturally opens us to the fluidity of mind as we dive into the stream of thought and allow our unspoken words to become soul-poetry in motion.

The experience of witnessing others as they vocalized and danced through the rhythms was profound. Thinking of the voice as another part of the body that can be moved through space was new and freeing. I really experienced a wonderful sense of openness as I danced the rhythms and vocalized. Watching you guide others to fully express their voice was incredibly moving. I am looking forward to participating in this again, and I know the experience has changed my approach to the dance.

“… it’s not a question of the merit of art, but a question of spontaneity and joy… I would like everybody in the world to tell his full life confession and tell it HIS OWN WAY…”

— Jack Kerouac

“Singing will drive your soul out of yourself in order that it may rejoin its Source and become one with it in the ‘Sanctuary of Melody.”
